How to Order Tokyo Marui Original Parts
Find genuine Tokyo Marui replacement parts for maintenance and repair. Follow the steps below to identify and order the correct part for your airsoft gun.
- Choose the correct product series, such as Gas Blowback Rifles, Gas Blowback Pistols, Next Generation AEGs, or Standard AEGs.
- Select your exact Tokyo Marui model.
- Check the exploded diagram and locate the original part number you require.
- Select the matching part from the catalog. Always confirm the part number rather than relying only on its name or appearance.
- Review availability: IN STOCK means the part is available in our local inventory. SPECIAL ORDER means the part is not currently in local inventory and will be included in an upcoming Tokyo Marui parts order.
- Select the required quantity and add the part to your cart.
- Before checkout, carefully confirm the model, part number, quantity, availability, and shipping preference.
Special Order Schedule and Estimated Lead Time
Phoenix Tactical submits a consolidated Tokyo Marui parts order approximately once per month.
After our order is submitted, the estimated supplier lead time is approximately 1.5 to 2 months. Your total waiting time may be longer depending on when your order is placed in relation to our monthly ordering date.
Supplier availability is not confirmed when you place your order. We generally receive confirmation of unavailable or backordered parts when the supplier processes and delivers our consolidated order.
Estimated lead times are not guaranteed and may be affected by supplier inventory, production schedules, international transportation, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control.
Tokyo Marui Original Parts Ordering Policies
Supplier availability is not confirmed when you place your order. We generally learn whether a part is unavailable or backordered when Tokyo Marui processes and delivers our consolidated order.
If a part in your order is unavailable, Phoenix Tactical will contact you. At that time, you may either cancel the unavailable part and receive a refund, or keep the part on order for inclusion in our next monthly Tokyo Marui parts order.
If you choose to continue waiting, the same supplier availability and estimated lead-time conditions will apply to the next order cycle.
Except when a part is confirmed unavailable by the supplier, Special Order items cannot be cancelled after the order has been placed.
Special Order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please confirm the exact Tokyo Marui model and original part number before completing your purchase.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
You may choose to have all items shipped together after the Special Order items arrive, in which case only one shipping charge applies.
Alternatively, you may request that the In-Stock items be shipped first and the Special Order items be shipped separately after they arrive. Because this requires two shipments, you must pay the shipping cost for both shipments.
Please communicate your preferred shipping method when placing the order. If no preference is provided, Phoenix Tactical may contact you before shipping.
Always confirm the exact Tokyo Marui model and original part number using the exploded diagram. Parts with similar names or appearances are not necessarily interchangeable.
Individual parts do not include adjacent screws, springs, or components shown in the diagram unless the listing specifically describes the item as an assembly or set. Exploded diagrams are provided for identification and reference purposes.
Installation is not included in the listed part price. Parts requiring technical disassembly or internal repair should be installed by an experienced technician.
