PROMETHEUS Custom Trigger For M4/M16 Standard AEG Series
This is a custom lighter and adjustable trigger allowing you to shorten the trigger pull length for a faster trigger response, simply by turning an allen key as shown in pictures.
Items Not in Stock:
Items not in stock at time of order will have the price of the product and applicable taxes refunded to the customer in the case of Paypal/credit card payments. If the payment method was in the form of an EMT, a gift certificate for the same amount will be credited to the customer’s account.
Incorrect Shipping Address on Order:
We strongly stress to all customers that before confirming and completing your order to make sure that your shipping address is correct. If you have submitted an order with incorrect information and would like to change it, it is generally not authorized due to confidentiality reasons. We offer rapid shipping on orders and most orders are shipped within 12-24 hours of receiving payment and we may not be able to get to your address change request before the order ships. If the order ships to the wrong address provided, the customer is responsible for the order to be re-shipped to the correct address if it is rejected by the receiver OR if the parcel is accepted, you will have to retrieve the package from the address. Canada Post will not open a trace on a package if it was delivered to the correct address listed on the label. If you are not able to retrieve the package, you are not entitled to a refund since the item was shipped to the address you confirmed on your order. We STRONGLY suggest double-checking your shipping address and all required information before placing an order.

Shipping Policy:

Phoenix Tactical Ltd. only ships within the United States (excluding U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses) or Canada (please refer to Canada Airsoft Laws section).

We request between 1 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) to process and ship all orders.

Orders with expedited shipping (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air & Next Day Air) that are received and/or verified by 2pm PST will be processed and shipped the same business day.

Customer is responsible for contacting Phoenix Tactical Ltd. by phone to provide verbal confirmation on orders with expedited shipping, high dollar amounts, mismatched billing and/or shipping information (incomplete ship-to address, name and address mismatch, cardholder mismatch). Customers will be notified by email if confirmation is required.

Phoenix Tactical Ltd. does not process or ship orders on weekends and holidays.

Customers will be notified by email regarding any out of stock items during the processing stage.

Orders containing only small items such as internal upgrade parts or patches can be shipped by Fedex.

Orders with custom built airsoft guns require an additional processing time of 1 to 5 business days.

Upgrades or tune up/repair service orders require an additional processing time of 10 to 15 business days.

Phoenix Tactical Ltd. will provide complimentary Fedex Ground shipping on any restocked backorder items.
